Victor Leone and Tight Tuesday collided soon after the start.  Rapid Revenue and Inter Nick collided soon after the start.  Tight Tuesday faltered on the first turn and lost ground.  Lucknow Magic checked off Muza's Belle on the first turn.  Rapid Revenue and Run Like Rhys collided on the first turn.  Lucknow Magic, Victor Leone and Tight Tuesday collided entering the home straight.  Acer and Victor Leone collided approaching the winning post.

Tight Tuesday underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.  Trainer, Mr Basile declined the option to have the greyhound a re-vetted.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Basile regarding the performance of Tight Tuesday on the first turn. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Tight Tuesday must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Smart Zero was slow to begin.  Pacific Title went up with the lids and was slow to begin.

Tech Stock and Smart Zero collided approaching the first turn.  Mindil Beach crossed in approaching the first turn checking Mister Mercury.  Inter Rose and Forest Lodge collided on the first turn.  Mister Mercury clipped the heels of Tech Stock on the first turn checking Mister Mercury and Smart Zero.  

She Got Fire was slow to begin.

She Got Fire and Hurricane Craig collided approaching the first turn.  Is All and She Got Fire collided approaching the first turn.  Meraki and Hurricane Craig collided on the first turn checking Meraki, Hurricane Craig and She Got Fire causing all three greyhounds to race wide.  On Degoey and Is All collided entering the home straight.  On Degoey checked off Is All in the home straight.  

Hurricane Craig underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hamstring injury and a left front abraded dew claw. A 14day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Mac's Mayhem.

Hurricane Billie was slow to begin.

Wolfie's Squeeze, Darcon Flash, Hurricane Billie and Rocky Two collided soon after the start.  Rocky Two, Darcon Flash, Wolfie's Squeeze and Pacific Beach collided approaching the first turn checking Darcon Flash and Pacific Beach.  Rocky Two and Hurricane Billie collided on the first turn checking Rocky Two.  Mac's Mayhem eased several times in the home straight.

Mac's Mayhem underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right hind foot. No day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr G. Orr, the trainer of Mac's Mayhem regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Mac's Mayhem was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Orr pleaded guilty to the charge, Mac's Mayhem is suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Tilley's Pie and Popowski were quick to begin.

Woodleigh Guy and Potere collided soon after the start checking Woodleigh Guy.  Boycey Road checked off Mega McKayla approaching the first turn.  Popowski and Tilley's Pie collided on the first turn checking Tilley's Pie causing Urban Bourbon checked off Tilley's Pie.  Urban Bourbon checked off Boycey Road on the first turn.  Urban Bourbon and Boycey Road collided in the home straight.

Mega McKayla underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right shin soreness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Popowski - winner of the event.

Bricabrac and Hot Dot Two were slow to begin.

Hot Dot Two and Jessie's Star collided soon after the start.  Maggie Mikado and Completed collided on the home turn.  Completed and Hot Dot Two collided in the home straight. 

Due to a malfunction with the timing system, this event was hand timed. 6.63 (1st Split), 11.42 (2nd split) and overall time (26.09).

Blue Cigar, Zoe's Intention and Hashtag Spolly collided approaching the first turn checking Zoe's Intention and Hashtag Spolly.  Once A Secret and Inter Helen collided on the first time.  Once A Secret checked off Spolly's Flyer approaching the home turn.  

Small Rose– Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing following a left hock injury.

Wolfie's Sook was slow to begin.

Deano's Smidge, Smash Hit and Mr. Pendles collided soon after the start checking Smash Hit.  Nimble Lucy checked off Small Rose approaching the first turn.  Trademark Rocky and Smash Hit collided on the first turn.  Nimble Lucy checked off Wolfie's Sook on the first turn. 

Daintree Dynamo – Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing following a left shoulder injury. 

Daintree Dynamo, Midnight Muscat and Cersei were quick to begin.  Little Bala was slow to begin.

Mel's Footsteps, Cersei and Little Bala collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Kubla De Kahn, Meehan Phil, Midnight Muscat and Little Bala collided on the first turn checking Kubla De Kahn, Midnight Muscat and Little Bala.  Kubla De Kahn and Rooey collided approaching the home turn.  Kubla De Kahn and Cersei collided in the home straight.

Aston Klara was slow to begin.

Premier Jess, Arch Rival, Seeka Moment collided on the first turn checking Arch Rival and Seeka Moment.  Premier Jess and Zharnel collided on the first turn checking Zharnel.  Arch Rival checked off Tibby Shore approaching the home turn.  Arch Rival checked off Aston Klara on the home turn.

Johnnie Red was slow to begin.

Yohan and Aston Xanadu collided soon after the start.  Gee Dalton crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Lekra Miss, Pistol, Red Queen, Yohan, Aston Xanadu and severely checking Dynamic Rainbow.  Pistol and Red Queen collided approaching the home turn checking Pistol.  Red Queen and Dynamic Rainbow collided on the home turn.  Pistol faltered on the home turn.  Yohan and Aston Xanadu collided in the home straight.  

Pistol underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Smoke Signals and Jan's Star were slow to begin.

Good Move and Arlecchino collided soon after the start checking Good Move.

The following Greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trail took place over 400mtrs with 4 required to trial. The winning time of trial was 22.86:            

Pefect Project finished 2nd, Burunga Bullet finished 3rd, Ripplebrook Will finished 4th.

Barunga Bullet – Was stood down from racing at Horsham for failing to chase due to injury. Weighing 35.8kgs and beginning from box 1 beaten by 6 1/4 lengths. Barunga Bullet has been cleared to race at all tracks except Horsham. A sample was taken in accordance with GAR 79 (1), having presented for a satisfactory trial.

Ripplebrook Will - Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a left back muscle injury Weighing 30.9kgs and beginning from box 3 beaten by 10 3/4 lengths. Ripplebrook Will has been cleared to race at all tracks. A sample was taken in accordance with GAR 79 (1), having presented for a satisfactory trial.

Perfect Project – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a left stopper injury. Weighing 30.2kgs and beginning from box 8 beaten by 2 1/4 lengths. Perfect Project has been cleared to race at all tracks.
