Delta's Tiara and Hurricane Craig were quick to begin.  Master Zemnick and Dreamliner were slow to begin.  Our Centurion was very slow to begin (4 lengths) and stumbled soon after the start.

Master Zemnick and Shy Diva collided approaching the first turn.  Hurricane Craig crossed in on the first turn severely checking Master Zemnick and Shy Diva.  Side Splitting and Broken Pieces raced wide on the home turn.  Side Splitting crossed in, in the home straight checking Broken Pieces and Dreamliner.  Master Zemnick, Shy Diva and Dreamliner raced wide in the home straight.

Shy Diva underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury and bruising to the right wrist. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Alonso Power was slow to begin.

Gunmetal Liam faltered approaching the first turn and tailed off.  Zharnel and Red Queen collided approaching the first turn checking Zharnel and Alonso Power.  Select Teeman and Alsonso Power collided on the first turn checking Alonso Power.  

Gunmetal Liam underwent post-race veterinary examination and a re-vetting following event 9 and was found to have a right triangle and right monkey muscle injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Formosa, the trainer of Gunmetal Liam regarding its performance approaching the first turn. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Gunmetal Liam must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Lady Mikado was quick to begin.  Toonang was slow to begin. 

Urban Bourbon checked off Deano's Smidge approaching the first turn.  Nash Road Betty checked off Toonang on the first turn.  Deano's Smidge and Jessie's Star collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Urban Bourbon and Toonang raced wide in the home straight.

Aladdin Prince - Late scratching at 11:59am on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to illness.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Beanology and Tilley's Pie collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  My Names Rhonda, Zipping Lucky and Tarquin Bob raced wide in the home straight.

Veetee Mist and Lektra Miss collided soon after the start checking Veetee Mist.  Annaley Flash checked off Lektra Miss on the first turn checking Dodge Coupe, severely checking Smoke Signals and Porscha's Girl, causing Veetee Mist to race wide as a result.

Veetee Mist underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to Mrs K. Minne, the trainer of Veetee Mist and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn.

Porscha's Girl underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
