Steward's Report
Optimus Dusty was slow to begin.
King Gristle and Diamond Bling collided soon after the start. Miss Bellawood and King Gristle collided soon after the start. Miss Bellawood and Nebraska Nell collided approaching the first turn checking Nebraska Nell and severely checking Miss Bellawood which fell, causing Diamond Bling to fall.
Miss Bellawood underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left deltoid injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Diamond Bling underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
A post-race sample was taken from Mod Squad - winner of the event.
