Akoya and Kip Your Star collided approaching the first turn checking Akoya.  Bubba Jo and Kiwi Hustler collided on the first turn.  Greta June ad Akoya collided on the first turn causing both greyhounds to race wide checking both greyhounds.  High Garden eased on the first turn.  Paxton eased in the home straight checking Honey's Destiny.  Bubba Jo and Kiwi Hustler collided several times in the home straight.  Kip Your Star eased approaching the winning post checking Bubba Jo and Kiwi Hustler.  

Paxton underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 6. The greyhound was found to have a left fibula injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to the representative Ms J. Gill, regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Paxton was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Ms Gill pleaded guilty to the charge, Paxton must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

 High Garden underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 8 - no apparent injury was reported.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) High Garden was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Dalziel pleaded guilty to the charge, High Garden is suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kip Your Star underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Kip Your Star was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Kipirtidis pleaded guilty to the charge, Kip Your Star is suspended for 12 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(c) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Hint Of Magic and Knuckle Buster were slow to begin.

Shanghai Avatar crossed in soon after the start checking Knuckle Buster, Korama and Take A Lilly.  Korama and Elite Gift collided on the first turn checking Elite Gift.  Hint Of Magic checked off Timmy on the first turn.  Elite Gift and Take A Lilly collided approaching the home turn.  Hint Of Magic and Shanghai Avatar collided on the home turn checking Shanghai Avatar.

Fleck and Mr. Medico collided soon after the start and approaching the first turn checking Fleck.  Mr. Medico and My Bro Lucky collided approaching the first turn.  Fleck galloped on Mr. Medico on the first turn severely checking Mr. Medico and Fleck, Mr. Medico fell as a result.  Zipping Cedric and My Bro Lucky collided on the first turn checking My Bro Lucky.  My Bro Lucky and Fleck collided in the back straight.  

Mr. Medico underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock fracture.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Patient Panda – New declared weight of 28.5kgs, last raced at 29.6kgs.

Patient Panda and Little Missy Ivy were slow to begin.

Dundee Spectre underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind foot - no stand down period was imposed.

Mr Scott-smith pleaded guilty to the charge, Dundee Spectre is suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

A post-race blood and urine samples were taken from Banga - winner of the event.

Holly's Affair and Sultan Bale were slow to begin.

Zade's Magic galloped on Let's Roll on the first turn checking Zade's Magic and severely checking Let's Roll.  Why Not Bazzar and Lemonade Kid collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.  Zade's Magic and Let's Roll collided entering the home straight checking Zade's Magic.  

Stewards spoke with lure driver Mr W. Harmour regarding the lure not been in the correct position for the start of this event. Stewards noted Mr Harmour's explanation and referred the matter onto Mr Harmour's manager. 

Teardrop and Indominus were slow to begin.

Indominus raced wide approaching the first turn.  Teardrop and Flashy De Goey collided approaching the first turn checking Teardrop.  Akina Error and Parzival collided approaching the first turn.  Akina Error checked off Teardrop on the first turn checking Ricolina Lass.

Jeda's Girl was quick to begin.

Yelredda Saint checked off Spokane Flick soon after the start.  Dex's Afffair and Mahjong World collided approaching the first turn checking Mahjong World.  I'm Easy Boys and Jeda's Girl collided on the first turn.  Dex's Affair and Mahjong World collided on the first turn.  Dex's Affair and Yelredda Saint collided entering the back straight checking both greyhounds.  Dex's Affair raced wide in the home straight.

Come On Levendi - Late scratching at 6.07pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to left shin soreness. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stand Beside Me – Late scratching at 1.12pm when Mr C. Capuano reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mr M. Jones was issued with a warning after the greyhound Bloke's Advice was negligently (GAR 86(o)) placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. 

Club Official Mr I Rilen was reminded of their responsibilities after the greyhound Bloke's Advice was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation.

Superior Charry was slow to begin.

Trixie's Rocket checked off Rusty Model on the first turn.  Trixie's Rocket, Just Faith and Superior Charry collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds.  Southern Edge and Toby Time collided in the home straight.  Superior Charry raced wide in the home straight.  

Toby Time underwent a post-race veterinary examination after an event in the catching pen. The greyhound was found to have bruising to the right side of the neck.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to the Mr M. Jones the trainer of Bloke's Advice and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds display of aggression in catching pen. 

Lord Davinci - Late scratching at 6.18pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr T. Salpigtidis was fined $100.

Why Not Hugh was slow to begin.
