Blockette, Major Minter and Zipping Atticus collided soon after the start. Mepunga Wonder and Dundee Joker collided soon after the start. Major Minter checked off the heels of My Word Shirley soon after the start. Dundee Joker, My Word Shirley and Zipping Atticus collided on the first turn. Major Minter, Flame Slinger and Aston Lagonda collided heavily on the first turn severely checking Flame Slinger and Aston Lagonda. Dundee Joker and My Word Shirley collided several times approaching the home turn checking Dundee Joker. My Word Shirley and Blockette collided on the home turn.
