King Of Swing crossed to rail soon after the start and checked off Our Harriet.  Nashville Nights and Ride On collided approaching the first turn.  Nashville Nights, Ride On, King Of Swing and Bowled Underarm collided on the first turn checking all four greyhounds.  Nashville Nights galloped on King Of Swing approaching the second turn and lost ground.  King Of Swing, Bowled Underarm and One Babe collided on the second turn checking King Of Swing and severely checking Bowled Underarm, One Babe and Nashville Nights.  King Of Swing and One Babe collided on the third turn checking One Babe.  Ride On checked off Roll Your Eyes entering the home straight.  

Nashville Night underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid and trapezius muscle injuries.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.  

Miss Caitlyn and Whatever I Want were quick to begin.  Walk Me Home was slow to begin.

Queen Harriet underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right deltoids and trapezius muscle injuries.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to trainer Mr R. Reinke, regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Minter Zoom was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Reinke pleaded guilty to the charge; Minter Zoom must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Jugungal Black was slow to begin.
