Out of competition samples were taken from Rajasthan, Rockstar Beav, Red Rochelle, Just Terms, True Detective, Here's Tears and Renewed on 24 February. Zipping Galon on 25 February. Keefe on 26 February and Black Beauty on 27 February, pursuant to GAR 79A.
Zipping Galon and Red Rochelle were slow to begin. Here's Tears and Rockstar Beav collided approaching the first turn checking Here's Tears and Just Terms. Just Terms galloped on Keefe on the first turn checking Keefe. True Detective checked off Rockstar Beav on the first turn. Just Terms and Zipping Galon collided on the first turn. Zipping Galon and Red Rochelle collided approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds. Here's Tears and Keefe collided approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds.
Here's Tears was vetted following the event after an incident in the catching pen. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the right hind leg, no stand down period was imposed.
