A pre-race sample was taken from Gellar Bale.
This event was delayed by approximately 2 1/2 minutes due to a Gloucester Park harness race running late.
Elite Paws and Aston Clurey were slow to begin. Beers On Brody and Aston Clurey collided soon after the start checking Jillissa. Chill Out Dusty crossed in on the first turn checking Elite Paws and Dr. Luna. Dr. Luna, Beers On Brody and Phoenix Drive collided on the first turn checking Dr. Luna and Beers On Brody. Chill Out Dusty was checked off Gellar Bale in the home straight. Jillissa and Dr. Luna raced wide in the home straight.
Beers On Brody underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
