Steward's Report

Princess Pulse was quick to begin.  Larkhill Pryor and Harmony Hall collided soon after the start checking Harmony Hall.  Minter Zoom, Princess Pulse and Josie's Latte collided approaching the first turn checking Larkhill Pryor and Kinloch Journey.  Larkhill Pryor and Princess Pulse collided on the first turn.  Larkhill Pryor was checked off Josie's Latte on the first turn causing Larkhill Pryor to collide with Princess Pulse, Dundee Vulcan and Kinloch Journey checking Harmony Hall and severely checking Dundee Vulcan, Princess Pulse, Kinloch Journey and Larkhill Pryor, all four greyhounds raced wide and lost considerable ground as a result.

Dundee Vulcan underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a small laceration on the right hock.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Loufie - the winner of the event.

Stewards noted a piece of paper on the track approaching the winning post during the running of this event.  After viewing all available video footage Stewards deemed no greyhound to be disadvantaged and the all clear given.
