Miss Bea was quick to begin. Stevie Gee was very slow to begin 2 lengths. Klondike Gold and My Kinda Song collided soon after the start. Klondike Gold, Some Spark and Tat Loxy collided approaching the first turn. Chase The Nugget and Stevie Gee collided on the first turn checking Chase The Nugget.
Chase The Nugget was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a track leg injury to the left hindleg, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
