Blue Afro, Rosacky Thunder and Buckle Up Leo were slow to begin.
Voluptuous Dot and North Wind collided approaching the first turn. Why Not Leo checked off Voluptuous Dot on the first turn. Mr. Pendles checked off North Wind approaching the home turn, causing Blue Afro to gallop on Mr. Pendles, severely checking both greyhounds and subsequently checking Voluptuous Dot and Buckle Up Leo. Why Not Leo, Blue Afro and Mr. Pendles collided on the home turn, checking all three greyhounds.
