She Will Bloom was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr B. Pursell, Trainer of She Will Bloom. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), She Will Bloom was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Pursell pleaded guilty to the charge, She Will Bloom was found to be guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
