Break The Plate was slow to begin. 

Merida and Almapa Berisha collided soon after the start. Almapa Berisha contacted the running rail on the first turn, causing Almapa Berisha to lose considerable ground, checking Merida and Break The Plate. Almapa Berisha contacted the running rail on the home turn and collided with Merida, severely checking Almapa Berisha.

Almapa Berisha underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the right achilles. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Pete's Dream and Superior Kris were slow to begin.

No Talking and Inter Lana collided on the first turn. Superior Kris galloped on Pete's Dream on the first turn; both greyhounds raced wide and lost ground as a result.

Charlie Rocket – New declared weight of 29.9kgs, last raced at 31.0kgs.

Pink Floyd checked off Mahjong World approaching the second turn. Zipping Amy and Mahjong World collided entering the back straight. New Lass and May Haze collided on the home turn. 

May Haze underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right achilles. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

She Got Fire was slow to begin. 

Belleperi Miss checked off Chillin soon after the start. Water Pistol and Bide Your Time collided several times from the first turn to the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Big Bella and Ishmy Barry collided in the home straight. 

Why Not Leo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sand toe on the left hind foot. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Polo Pete, Spotted Panther, Mindy's Girl, In Orbit and Princess America collided on the first turn, checking Spotted Panther, Mindy's Girl and Princess America and severely checking In Orbit. Polo Pete and Princess America collided approaching the home tun, checking Princess America. Mindy's Girl and Princess America collided on the home turn. SATISFACTORY TRIAL:

The following Greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trail took place over 311m with four greyhounds required to trial. The winning time of trial was 18.19:

Middle Trucker finished 3rd, Knuckles finished 1st, Spolly's Girl finished 4th.

Middle Trucker – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as connections wish to return the greyhound to racing from retirement. Middle Trucker was also performing a whelping trial from box 1, weighing 30.6kgs and beginning from box 1, beaten by 2.75 Lengths in a time of 18.19. Middle Trucker was Cleared.

Knuckles – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as connections wish to return the greyhound to racing from retirement. Knuckles was also performing a satisfactory trial after being stood down from racing at Traralgon for Failing To Chase. Weighing 23.4kgs and beginning from box 6 won by 2.5 Lengths. Knuckles has been cleared to race all tracks except Traralgon.

Spolly's Girl – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at Cranbourne for Failing To Chase. Weighing 25.0kgs and beginning from box 3, Spolly's Girl completed the 311m trial distance in a time of 18.19. Spolly's Girl placed 4th in a field of four starters beaten by 5.75 Lengths. Spolly's Girl has been cleared to race at all tracks.
