Samples were taken from Dyna Virion, Dyna Xarvel, Dyna Darius and Dyna Zaylee at the Trainer’s kennel earlier today.  A post race sample was taken from Dyna Ukana as a sample was unable to be obtained earlier today. 

Too Easy Jack, Dyna Virion and Ernesto Bale were slow to begin.  Dyna Xarvel and Gala Bale collided soon after the start.  Too Easy Jack and Dyna Virion collided soon after the start.  Ernesto Bale crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Fran Bale, Too Easy Jack and Dyna Virion causing Too Easy Jack to brush the running rail as a result.  Dyna Xarvel and Gala Bale collided on the first turn.  Fran Bale and Dyna Virion collided approaching the second turn.  Unity Allen and Dyna Ukana collided entering the back straight.  Fran Bale and Unity Allen collided approaching the home turn.  Fran Bale and Gala Bale collided on the home turn.  Fran Bale and Unity Allen collided in the home straight.

Too Easy Jack was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right calf and right triangle muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr T. Duncan, regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the second turn.  Stewards noted Mr Duncan's explanation and took no further action.

Samples were taken from Lektra Rainbow, Dyna Romy, Dyna Smokey and Dyna Bryleigh at the Trainer’s kennel earlier today. A post race sample was taken from Dyna Yappy as a sample was unable to be obtained earlier today. 

Crowdza Dancin' and Lektra Rainbow collided soon after the start.  Dyna Romy and Dyna Smokey collided soon after the start.  Crowdza Dancin', Lektra Rainbow and Grace Ali collided approaching the first turn.  Dyna Smokey, Dyna Romy, Star Fever and Dyna Yappy collided approaching the first turn.  Zipping Benny, Crowdza Dancin', Lektra Rainbow and Dyna Romy collided on the first turn, Dyna Romy fell as a result.  Dyna Yappy and Dyna Smokey collided on the second turn.

Zipping Benny was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Dyna Romy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

An out of competition sample was taken from Aston Peregrine on Friday 29 March 2019, pursuant to GAR 79A.

A sample was taken from Leon Bale at the Trainer's kennel earlier today. A post race sample was taken from Cutlass as a sample was unable to be obtained earlier today. 

Mitch Bale was slow to begin.  Cutlass and Aston Peregrine collided approaching the first turn.  One Step Forward and Leon Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Mitch Bale galloped on the heels of Aston Peregrine entering the back straight.  Cutlass and Aston Peregrine collided on the third turn checking Aston Peregrine.  Leon Bale checked off Fancy Francene approaching the home turn.  Francy Francene checked off Racing Pulse on the home turn.

Mepunga Pride, He Shall Johnny and Manny Allen collided soon after the start.  Mepunga Pride and Manny Allen collided on the first turn checking Manny Allen.  Foxzami Muzza and Bluegrass Icon collided on the first turn.  Manny Allen and Cinnamon Rose collided in the back straight checking Cinnamon Rose.  Jerra Lilly checked off Foxzami Muzza on the third turn.

Ella Enchanted was a late scratching at 12.53pm when Mrs B. Ennis reported the greyhound to have a back injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Dyna Alexia, Royal Solo and Mepunga Molly collided on the first turn checking Royal Solo.  Buy Me Diamonds and Navajo Bear collided in the home straight.  Navajo Bear and Head Banger collided approaching the winning post.

Royal Solo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left hind, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Dyna Uni at the Trainer's kennels earlier today.

Maximum Brew, Bejarano and Saint West were slow to begin.  Limit Desires, South Of Eden and Dyna Uni collided on the first turn, severely checking Federal Secret, Limit Desires, Maximum Brew and Bejarano.  Federal Secret and Maximum Brew collided approaching the second turn.  Federal Secret checked off Maximum Brew on the third turn.  South Of Eden and Maximum Brew collided in the home straight.

Head Loch was slow to begin.  Head Loch checked off Never Duplicated soon after the start.  Never Duplicated and Oakvale Magic collided on the first turn.  Ace Allen and Rollin' With It collided entering the front straight and again in the front straight.  Never Duplicated contacted the running rail on the second turn.

Samples were taken from Dyna Yardo, Reiko Ablett and Aeroplane Indy at the Trainer’s kennel earlier today.

Reiko Ablett was vetted prior to the event after its lead broke during the stirrup.  Stewards inspected the lead and found it in good condition.  Reiko Ablett was passed fit to compete.

Aeroplane Indy crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Southern Ripple, dyna Bonnay and Reiko Ablett.  Dyna Yardo and Aeroplane Indy collided on the first turn.  Kiss Me Razley, Reiko Ablett and Southern Ripple collided on the first turn checking Southern Ripple, severely checking Reiko Ablett and Dyna Bonnay.
