Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Chicago Focus.
Ballistic Yaala crossed inside soon after the start checking Youngning, Dyna Zaylee and Tommy Time. Chicago Focus and Queena Bale collided approaching the first turn, checking Queena Bale. Dyna Waqa and Chicago Focus collided approaching the first turn, checking Chicago Foucus. Dyna Waqa, Yongning and Tommy Time collided approaching the first turn, checking Yongning, Dyna Waqa and Queena Bale. Chicago Focus, Yongning and Queena Bale collided on the first turn checking Chicago Focus and Yongning. Dyna Waqa checked off Tommy Time approaching the home turn, and collided with Dyna Zaylee.
Yongning underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion along the back, a spike wound to left fore and hind pads and right pencil injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
