Sketchy Skinny faltered soon after the start and took no competitive part in the event. Zipping Spud and Shifter Magic collided approaching the first turn. Forgotten Girl, Zipping Spud and Shifter Magic collided on the first turn checking Shifter Magic. Forgotten Girl and Shifter Magic collided on the home turn.
Sketchy Skinny was vetted and re-vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
