Buckle Up Leo and Fiesty Ivy collided on the first turn checking Buckle Up Leo. Jayanti and Cartwheel Chloe collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Mini Dozer and Early Express raced wide on the home turn. Mini Dozer raced wide in the home straight.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr I. Anderson, the trainer of Black Eclipse regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Black Eclipse last raced on 7 January 2018 and is returning to racing from a left wrist injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Black Eclipse trialled over the 311mtrs from box 1, weight 31.6kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 18.86, the greyhound won by a margin of 3/4 of a length. Black Eclipse was Not Cleared.
