Faye's Not Fazed was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left dew claw. A five-day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Jye Formosa, the kennel representative for the greyhound Faye's Not Fazed, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the 50m mark. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Faye's Not Fazed with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Formosa pleaded guilty to the charge, Faye's Not Fazed was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Healesville and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Zipping Tex was slow to begin, crossed to the outside soon after the start, failed to pursue the lure and subsequently tailed off.

Brave Hearted checked off Ruby's Boy soon after the start. Wild Bandit galloped on Electric Hippy approaching the 200m mark. Electric Hippy checked off Smash Williams at the 100m mark and collided with Wild Bandit.

Smash Williams was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind foot. No stand down period was imposed.

Zipping Tex was vetted and revetted following event five. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Mr James Egan, the trainer of the greyhound Zipping Tex, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners soon after the start. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Zipping Tex with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Egan pleaded guilty to the charge, Zipping Tex was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Healesville and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Master Winslow and Aqualite were slow to begin.

Nostalgia and Attack Plan collided soon after the start. Covfefe and Zambora Lord collided soon after the start and again approaching the 300m mark. Zambora Lord and Attack Plan collided at the 300m mark, severely checking Zambora Lord which lost ground as a result. Covfefe checked off Octo Flash at the 200m mark. Aqualite and Octo Flash collided several times approaching the 150m mark. Aqualite and Nostalgia collided at the 150m mark. Attack Plan and Bruree Boy collided at the 50m mark. Aqualite and Octo Flash collided approaching the winning post.

Turfman was slow to begin.

My Fernando Tim and Rapid Rock collided several times from approaching the 250m mark to the 200m mark. Big Gee Tee and Shake The Night collided at the 200m mark. Uncatchable and Big Gee Tee collided approaching the 100m mark. Uncatchable checked off Shake The Night approaching the winning post. Superior Scotch and Rapid Rock collided approaching the winning post.

Stewards questioned Ms Tyllah Cornell in relation to her failure to engage a catcher for the greyhound Uncatchable for this event. After taking evidence, Stewards charged Ms Cornell with a breach of rule GAR 48. Ms Cornell pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $50.

Tamile Lass crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking King Gibbo, I've Got Bills and Zebo Bale.

Standing Bear and Major Curly collided at the 300m mark, checking both greyhounds.

Major Curly and Zebo Bale collided approaching the 250m mark, checking both greyhounds.

Oaklands, Royal Knocka, I've Got Bills and King Gibbo collided at the 200m mark, severely checking Zebo Bale, and I've Got Bills which stumbled and lost considerable ground, causing Royal Knocka to fall.

Royal Knocka was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyound sustained injuries to the right pectoral (chest) and gracilis (back) muscles, and a spike wound to the left front leg. A 60-day stand down period was imposed.

I've Got Bills was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyound sustained an injury to the left gracilis (back) muscle. A 60-day stand down period was imposed.

Blackjack's Back was slow to begin. Superior Martini stumbled at box rise and was very slow to begin (6L).

Pergamon and Ryder Sir collided at the 200m mark. Pergamon and Chum's Special collided approaching the 100m mark.

Superior Martini was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a superficial laceration to the face. No stand down period was imposed.

Sketchy Skinny raced wide at the 300m mark and collided with Able several times to the winning post.

Erupt Eve Lad was slow to begin.

Flash Apollo and Miss Dozer collided at the 300m mark, severely checking Flash Apollo. Rhomboid and Miss Dozer collided at the 300m mark. Miss Dozer checked off Rhomboid approaching the 250m mark.

Miss Walt was a late scratching at 10:44AM due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28-day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr Tony Interlegi was fined the sum of $100.

Superior Beam was slow to begin.

Lucky Gypsy and Ultimate Amadeus collided soon after the start. Aztec Warrior checked off Hot Spuds at the 250m mark. Superior Beam crossed to the outside approaching the 150m mark and collided with Molly's Money, Aztec Warrior and Lucky Gypsy. Hot Spuds checked off Superior Beam at the 100m mark.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr Garry Johnson after he failed to arrive at the kennels by the appointed time to prepare Molly's Money for this event, pursuant to GAR 46(1).

Tuiaki Dora and Princess Parker collided soon after the start. Fruit Frames and Lightning Parade collided at the 200m mark. Trail Blazer and Sin And Spin collided approaching the 150m mark. Tuiaki Dora and Princess Parker collided approaching the 150m mark. Trail Blazer and Princess Parker collided at the 100m mark.
