Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Paul Abela, the trainer of Aston It Is, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Aston It Is last raced on 22 April 2018. Mr Abela stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a right stopper injury. Mr Abela also declared a new weight of 37.4kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Aston It Is last raced at 35.7kg.
Stewards spoke to Ms Lisa Hellmuth, the trainer of Nike Viper, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Nike Viper last raced on 28 April 2018. Ms Hellmuth stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a right wrist injury.
Joe's Dolly was quick to begin.
Wise Piquet and Aston It Is collided at the 300m mark. Wise Piquet checked off Aston It Is at the 250m mark. Joe's Dolly and Dyna Hunter collided at the 150m mark.
