Dr. Zammit was slow to begin.  Is All, Gee Dalton and Sapphire Hawke were quick to begin.  Miss Gipplsand and Tolga collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Alon crossed in on the first turn checking Alon, Tolga, Miss Gippsland, Dr. Zammit, Torh Minter and Is All and severely checking Sapphire Hawke.  Is All was checked off Alon in the back straight.  Sapphire Hawke was checked off Miss Gippsland in the back straight.  Miss Gippsland was checked off Tolga on the second turn.  Is All was checked off Dr. Zammit on the second turn.  Miss Gippsland and Sapphire Hawke collided several times from approaching the home turn to the home turn.

What's Up Skip was quick to begin.  Weeona Wilbur and Goldielocks Rose were slow to begin.  Invictus Ester and Lightning Lil collided soon after the start checking Lightning Lil.  What's Up Skip and Go Zippy Go collided on the first turn checking Go Zippy Go, Misty's Boy, Beanology, Invictus Ester and Goldielocks Rose.  What's Up Skip and Weeona Wilbur collided entering the back straight severely checking Weeona Wilbur and checking Go Zippy Go, Beanology, Invictus Ester, Goldielocks Rose and Lightning Lil causing Beanology and Goldielocks Rose to fall, Invictus Ester and Lightining Lil raced wide as a result.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Johnson the trainer of Zipping Dozer regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Zipping Dozer last raced on 20/03/18.  Mr. Johnson stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a change of kennel and a spell.

Zipping Dozer, Modern Jagger and Drama Club were slow to begin.  Owlette and Louisville Lip collided soon after the start checking Louisville Lip which stumbled as a result.  I'm The Poppet, Owlette and Spot On Cinta collided on the first turn.  Spot On Cinta and Drama Club collided on the first turn checking Drama Club.  Louisville Lip and Drama Club collided in the back straight.  Louisville Lip, Drama Club and Zipping Dozer collided on the third turn checking Louisville Lip.

Bigtime Bruce was quick to begin.  Blocka Boy was slow to begin.  Sunset Senorita and Eduardo Rose collided on the first turn checking Enzo, Sunset Senorita, Blocka Boy and Eduardo Rose.  Enzo and Eduardo Rose collided in the back straight checking Eduardo Rose.  Blocka Boy was checked off Bigtime Bruce in the home straight.

Mr. A. Campbell the trainer of Share declared a new weight of 31.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Share last raced at 29.8kg.

Garrido and Share were slow to begin.  Lottie Glenda and Nicky Neo collided soon after the start.  Prince Mikado and Lottie Glenda collided soon after the start checking Lottie Glenda.  Nicky Neo and Hannah Bear collided approaching the first turn checking Hannah Bear.  Hannah Bear and Fourth Dimention collided on the first turn checking Fourth Dimention, causing Share to race wide.  Garrido was checked off Lottie Glenda in the back straight.  Okay Kirsty failed to pursue the lure in the back straight and again approaching the home turn.  Okay Kirsty and Nicky Neo collided on the home turn.  Okay Kirsty failed to pursue the lure in the home straight and collided with Nicky Neo..

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Floyd trainer of the greyhound Okay Kirsty regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the back straight, approaching the home turn and in the home straight. Okay Kirsty was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound was found to have a papilloma in the right front foot and to have the thumps, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1) Stewards charged Okay Kirsty with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment by reason of injury.  Mr. Floyd pleaded not guilty to the charge, Okay Kirsty was found guilty and Stewards directed that the greyhound perform a satisfactory trial all tracks pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1) (a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mallee Spring was slow to begin.  Wild Angel, Lucas Rose, Paisley and Josie Rumble collided soon after the start checking Josie Rumble, Paisley and Lucas Rose.  Milla Rose and Wild Angel collided entering the back straight.  Lucas Rose and Mallee Spring collided several times approaching the home turn.

Popowski was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

New Level and Special Member collided soon after the start checking Special Member.  Reatily Shintaro, Aston Halle and Take Home Sadie collided approaching the first turn checking Reatily Shintaro and Take Home Sadie.  Take Home Sadie clipped the heels of Aston Halle in the back straight checking Take Home Sadie which stumbled as a result.  Secret Business and Aston Halle collided on the second turn checking Secret Business, Special Member and Take Home Sadie.  Secret Business and Reatily Shintaro collided in the home straight.

Secret Business was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left hind foot, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Galloping Leo and Ruby's Image were quick to begin.  Dr. Oliver and McNeo were slow to begin.  Loaded and Gotcha Mate collided on the first turn checking Gotcha Mate and Destini Trucker.  Dr. Oliver was checked off Gotcha Mate entering the back straight checking McNeo.  Gotcha Mate was checked off Destini Trucker on the second turn.  Galloping Leo and Ruby's Image collided approaching the winning post.

Galester Hook and Flywheel Strike were slow to begin.  Daintree Dynamo and Lonesome Katie collided approaching the first turn checking Daintree Dynamo and Yangtze.  Galester Hook clipped the heels of Why Not Hugh on the first turn checking Galester Hook.  Flywheel Strike was checked off Why Not Hugh on the first turn checking Flywheel Strike, Daintree Dynamo and Yangtze causing all three greyhounds to race wide.
