Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Chardy, Manila Bala and Brazilian Brae on 24 July 2018.
Stewards spoke to Mr Robert Crawford, the trainer of Chardy, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Chardy last raced on 18 April 2018 and is returning after a left monkey muscle injury and a change of kennel.
Manila Bala was slow to begin.
Pistol and Dyna Owen collided approaching the first turn. Dyna Owen and Let's Run collided on the first turn, checking Dyna Owen, Let's Run and Lektra Blicavs; Let's Run raced wide as a result. Manila Bala checked off Dyna Owen, and subsequently Pistol, on the first turn. Dyna Owen and Brazilian Brae collided on the home turn.
