Misload was quick to begin. Nostalgia was slow to begin. Burning Steel clipped the heels of Fabulous Cash soon after the start and subsequently fell checking Galloping Bluboy and Nostalgia. Fabulous Cash checked off Rajasthan approaching the first turn. Fabulous Cash checked off Little Freck on the first turn. Rajasthan crossed to the rail entering the back straight checking Misload, Little Freck and Fabulous Cash. Little Freck and Fabulous Cash collided in the back straight. Nostalgia, Little Freck and Fabulous Cash collided on the second turn. Nostalgia crossed to the outside on the second turn checking Little Freck and Fabulous Cash. Tinker Ben and Galloping Bluboy collided from the second turn to the home turn. Fabulous Cash checked off Nostalgia on the home turn.
Burning Steel was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
