Dukestar was a late scratching at 6:17 pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon, due to a laceration to the right hock/metatarsal. A seven day stand down period was imposed.
Hello Nimble and Goorawin were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Joyce's Choice and Busta Voe collided on the first turn. All About Arby and Hello Nimble collided on the first turn. Busta Voe and All About Arby collided on the second turn, checking All About Arby.
Stewards spoke to Mr Pasqualino Romagnino regarding his difficulty in boxing his greyhound Hello Nimble. Stewards directed that Hello Nimble be boxed first in future events.
