Steward's Report
Agent Voilet was a late scratching at 8.58am due to non arrival (GAR 31). A 28-day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr N Carthew, was fined the sum of $100. Stewards spoke to Mr Michael Meyer who advised he had a transport breakdown. Stewards intend on lifting both penalties once supporting documentation is received at GRV Offices.
Shadrack was a late scratching at 10.11am due to illness. A ten-day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr K Ward (representing trainer, Mr N Carthew) who advised that the greyhound had diarrhoea.
Mr Brent Merton was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Mighty Storm pursuant to GAR 33.
Fascinate Queen and Mighty Storm were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.
Fascinate Queen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
Due to a technical issue with the split camera, the Judges were unable to input the positions in running for this event.
