Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 75(6), Kennel Attendants, Miss. A. Groom and Mr. N. Groom did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way affected the outcome of this event.
A pre-race sample was taken from Kraken Loop.
Kraken Loop, Sugar Roo and Grannie May were quick to begin. Perfect Liam was slow to begin.
Kraken Loop (severely checked and fell approaching the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left radius fracture. Kraken Loop was humanely euthanised.
Dancin' Star (lost ground in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
