The start of this race was delayed by 1 3/4 minutes due to the late arrival at the boxes.
Jacko Day and Lunar Shadow collided soon after the start. Ray's Wish crossed to the outside approaching the first turn checking Boof's Banjo and All Inn Youi. Jacko Day and Lunar Shadow collided on the first turn. Paddy's Midnight and Boof's Banjo collided on the first turn, Boof's banjo fell as a result. Cinnamon Cindy and All Inn Youi collided on the home turn.
Boof's Banjo was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
