Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Graeme Hope, the trainer of Crackerjack Dave, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Crackerjack Dave last raced on 17 November 2017. Mr Hope stated that the greyhound had sustained right wrist bone chips.
A pre-race sample was taken from Ryder Sir.
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6), starter Mr R Johnson did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Crackerjack Dave, Wolf Point and Miss Premier collided at the 300m mark. Wolf Point checked off Crackerjack Dave at the 250m mark. Fruit Frames checked off Don's Just Under at the 200m mark. Crackerjack Dave and Miss Premier collided at the 100m mark. Fruit Frames, Soon Now and It Is Done collided at the 50m mark.
Stewards issued a warning to Ms Patsy Parnall, the handler of Soon Now, regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound, pursuant to GAR 51(6).
