Steward's Report
Mr Ronald Cameron, trainer of Fiery Miss, declared a new weight of 28.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Fiery Miss last raced at 27.1kg.
A pre-race sample was taken from My Lil' Angel.
Cee Cee Senor and Fiery Miss collided soon after the start. Miss Just Under faltered soon after the start and tailed off as a result. My Lil' Angel and Fiery Miss collided approaching the 250m mark. Fiery Miss checked off Cee Cee Senor at the 250m mark. My Lil' Angel and Cee Cee Senor collided at the 150m mark.
Miss Just Under was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right gracilis (back) muscle. A 60-day stand down period was imposed.
MEETING COMMENTS
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Ms Yvonne Cassidy, the trainer of Braemar Bossy, regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Braemar Bossy last raced on 31 July 2017. Ms Cassidy stated that the greyhound had sustained a right gracilis (back) muscle injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Braemar Bossy trialled over the 300m from box three, weight 30.0kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of four. The time of the trial was 16.89, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 7.75L. Braemar Bossy was cleared.

Ms Cassidy stated that the greyhound had sustained a left tensor fascia (triangle) muscle injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Vallexia trialled over the 300m from box six, weight 28.5kg, the greyhound was placed fourth in a field of four. The time of the trial was 16.89, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 10.25L. Vallexia was cleared.
