Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Thomas Boehmke, the trainer of Flashing Lights, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Flashing Lights last raced on 13 October 2017. Mr Boehmke stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a season.
Midnite Starling and Black Shirley were slow to begin. Aston Amore and Bad Apple collided soon after the start. Quicksilver Hope and Midnite Starling collided approaching the first turn, checking Quicksilver Hope. Midnite Starling and Dr Jezabel collided on the first turn.
A sample was taken from Bad Apple - the winner of the event.
