Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Tuscan Dream.
Porscha's Girl was quick to begin. Miss Dozer was slow to begin. Slick Diamond, Marvellous Midge and Lektra Magic collided approaching the first turn, checking Marvellous Midge and Lektra Magic. Lektra Magic lost ground on the first turn. Slick Diamond and Fiesty Ivy collided on the first turn, checking Fiesty Ivy. Slick Diamond checked off Spazzy Blue approaching the home turn.
Lektra Magic was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Mr L Harris,the trainer of the greyhound Lektra Magic. Stewards deemed the performance of Lektra Magic to be unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Lektra Magic must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
