Steward's Report
Aston Zelda was a late scratching a 13:48 by Order of Stewards after it was established that the incorrect greyhound had been presented. At a subsequent inquiry, Stewards issued a charge under GAR 86 to Mr. Mark Mcclelland for failing to present the correct greyhound to the Stewards for this event. Mr. Mcclelland reserved his plea to the charge – but was found guilty and was fined $250. The 28 day stand down period imposed on Aston Zelda was revoked.
Henchmen was quick to begin.
A post–race urine sample was taken from Minh Sonny – the winner of the event.
