Steward's Report
Zipping Keely and Octo Flash were slow to begin. Hope To Wyn and Come Home collided soon after the start. Ample Warning and Evie Willow collided approaching the first turn, checking Evie Willow. Zipping Keely, Hope To Wyn and Octo Flash collided on the first turn, checking Hope To Wyn and Zipping Keely.
Samples were taken from Got Some Wheels (1st) and Ample Warning (2nd).
Stewards spoke to Mr. Keith Kelly, trainer of Octo Flash and advised him to ensure that his mobile telephone is switched off whilst handling his greyhounds.
Handler Ms Verity Cotton notified Stewards that she had began to retrieve the incorrect greyhound from its kennel before realising her error. Stewards reminded Ms Cotton of her responsibilities in regards this matter. Kennel attendant Amber Chilcott was referred to Club Management.
