A pre-race sample was taken from Splish Splash.
Zipping Captain and Avatar Gracie were quick to begin. Double Explosion was slow to begin. Inga Ross was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Zoro Bale, Avatar Gracie and Sisco Ride collided approaching the first turn. Avatar Gracie and Sisco Ride collided several times approaching the first turn. Double Explosion checked off Zipping Chaser on the first turn. Zipping Chaser hit the running rail on the first turn. Sisco Ride checked off Inga Ross on the first turn. Zoro Bale and Zipping Chaser collided approaching the home turn.
Zipping Chaser was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
