Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Delbridge, the trainer of Winlock Casper regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Winlock Casper last raced on 15th June 2107. Mr. Delbridge stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a change of kennel.
This event was delayed by approximately 1 minute due to a clash with a Canterbury gallops race.
Bound Two Affair, Not Loitering, Henderson and Winlock Casper were quick to begin. Louie Allen and Dyna Denver were slow to begin. Lucy's Locket and Bush Ace collided soon after the start. Bound Two Affair checked off Not Loitering approaching the first turn checking Lucy's Locket. Bush Ace and Louie Allen collided on the first turn. Lucy's Locket galloped on the heels of Louie Allen on the first turn. Winlock Casper and Dyna Denver collided on the home turn. Not Loitering and Winlock Casper collided several times in the home straight. Bush Ace checked off Louie Allen in the home straight.
Not Loitering was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
