Xenon Bale, Dyna Hadria and Fernando Express were slow to begin.  Fernando Express and Dyna Hadria collided soon after the start.  Miss Judge and Too The Nail collided soon after the start checking Too The Nail and Dyna Hadria.  Oshkosh Wayne checked off Miss Judge approaching the first turn checking Xenon Bale, Too The Nail and Dyna Hadria.  Giant Bale and Fernando Express collided on the first turn checking Giant Bale which raced wide.  Shades Of Lippy and Fernando Express collided on the second turn checking Shades Of Lippy.  Dyna Hadria checked off Shades Of Lippy on the third turn.  Fernando Express galloped on the heels of Miss Judge on the third turn checking both greyhounds and causing Giant Bale to race wide.  Oshkosh Wayne, Miss Judge and Fernando Express collided entering the home straight checking Oshkosh Wayne and Miss Judge.
