Adala Son, Blingzilla and Tamile Lass collided soon after the start checking Blingzilla. Adala Son and Tamile Lass collided approaching the first turn. Bojack Kahn, Fair Ride and Mahjong Princess collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Fair Ride and Billy Bart. Sam's General, Fair Ride and Billy Bart collided approaching the home turn checking Sam's General and Fair Ride and severely checking Tamile Lass which lost ground. Blingzilla and Sam's General collided in the home straight.
Tamile Lass was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right groin muscle injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
