Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr S Bruce, trainer of the greyhound Djarragun which had not raced since 24 December 2015. Mr Bruce stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after recovering from a back muscle injury.
A pre race sample was taken from Dodge Ball.
Sweet Sassafras, Elite Obama and Drizzle were slow to begin. Elle Driver and Djarragun collided at the 200m mark, checking Elle Driver, Another Hope, Heartbreak Love and Dodge Ball. Another Hope checked off Elle Driver approaching the 50m mark. Dodge Ball and Djarragun collided approaching the winning post.
A sample was taken from Djarragun - 2nd placed in the event.
