Kilkee Flex was slow to begin. Dark Obsession went up with the lids at box rise and very slow to begin (6 lengths). Allen Membo and Kilkee Flex collided soon after the start, checking Kilkee Flex. Bobby's Baby and Allen Membo collided on the first turn. Bobby's Baby and Allen Membo collided on the second turn. Bobby's Baby raced wide on the third turn, checking Allen Membo. Kilkee Flex and Diva's Shadow collided in back straight, checking Diva's Shadow. Sir Charlton and Kilkee Flex collided approaching the winning post.
