Destini Laredo was slow to begin. Secret Message and Archaeology collided soon after the start. Dyna Kelly and Meehan Barney collided approaching the first turn. Secret Message and Dyna Kelly collided on the first turn, checking Meehan Barney which raced wide. Hello Bomber and Lottie Biscotti collided on the second turn, checking Lottie Biscotti and severely checking Secret Message. Destini Laredo and Dyna Kelly collided on the home turn.
