A pre-race sample was taken from Still The One upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
A pre-race sample was taken from Adam Handler.
Ethla Allen and Adam Handler collided soon after the start, checking Ethla Allen. Petra Allen, Still The One, Ethla Allen, Adam Handler and Allen Punter collided approaching the first turn, checking each of the greyhounds. Jailor Bale and Allen Punter collided approaching the first turn. Still The One and Ethla Allen collided on the first turn. Allen Punter checked off Jailor Bale on the third turn, checking Adam Handler. Ethla Allen checked off Allen Punter on the home turn. Still The One checked off Adam Handler on the home turn, checking Still The One which raced wide as a result. Petra Allen and Ethla Allen collided entering the home straight.
Still The One was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound had no apparent injury. No stand down period was imposed.
