Steward's Report
Ginza Lion was a late scratching at 6:11pm due to illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Just Run Left was slow to begin. Catsford Allan, Blue Label and Scarce collided approaching the first turn checking Blue Label. Just Run Left and Blue Label collided approaching the first turn checking Blue Label. Calabrese Coco galloped on the heels of Yaala on the first turn. Calabrese Coco checked off Just Run Left approaching the home turn. Scarce and Catsford Allan collided on the home turn checking Catsford Allan.
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Smith regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Yaala. Stewards directed that Yaala be boxed first in future events.
Blue Label was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
