Stewards spoke to Mr Ian Newcombe, the trainer of Letty Bee, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Letty Bee last raced on 3rd November 2016. Mr Newcombe stated that the greyhound had been seasonal.
A pre-race sample was taken from Letty Bee.
Letty Bee was slow to begin.
Dashing Magic, Got Ya Back and Bossino collided on the first turn, checking Got Ya Back. Bossino and Galaxy Sprite collided approaching the home turn.
