Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from One Mississippi upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Coopnarcha, Mistel Allen and Allen Fable were slow to begin. Coopnarcha checked off Show Bag Carter soon after the start. Allen Fable faltered approaching the first turn and pulled up. Lady Tron and Altesse collided on the first turn, checking Lady Tron. Altesse raced wide entering the home straight.
Allen Fable was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hindleg back muscle injury, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr K Kubik, the trainer of Domestic Girl, regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Domestic Girl last raced on 24 August 2016. Mr Kubik stated that Domestic Girl was returning from being seasonal. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Domestic Girl trialled over the 400m from box one, weight 27.8 kgs, the greyhound was placed fourth in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22:68, the greyhound was beaten a margin of 10.5 lengths. Domestic Girl was Cleared.
