Alexanderia was quick to begin. Iron Side was slow to begin. Coopnarcha galloped on the heels of Alexanderia on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Glamorous Cheech and Infinite Senor collided on the first turn checking Infinite Senor. Glamorous Cheech and Infinite Senor collided on the home turn. Kamchatka Lass raced wide and stumbled on the home turn.
Kamchatka Lass was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both monkey muscles. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.
