Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms. V.Watson, the trainer of Sergent Leo regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Sergent Leo last raced on 19 September 2016. Ms. Watson stated that the greyhound was returning to race following a change of kennel.
Tiger Bite Turbo was quick to begin. Sergent Leo was slow to begin. Sisco Knight was very slow to begin (5 Lengths). Quen Bale, Lost Blue and Zambora Krystal collided soon after the start. Quen Bale and Lost Blue collided approaching the first turn, checking Quen Bale, Sergent Leo and Sweet Galo's. Trouble, Lost Blue and Zambora Krystal collided on the first turn, checking Lost Blue and Zambora Krystal. Sweet Galo's and Sisco Knight collided on the first turn, checking Sweet Galo's. Lost Blue checked off the heels of Sisco Knight approaching the home turn, and collided with Zambora Krystal, resulting in Zambora Krystal being checked.
Sisco Knight was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Buckley regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Tiger Bite Turbo. Stewards directed that Tiger Bite Turbo be boxed first in future events.
