Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Spring Stitch upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Tiggerlong Ray and Spring Stitch were slow to begin. Exidor and Blackpool Donny collided soon after the start. Ottis Bale checked off Dynamite Jackson soon after the start. Pippa's Pride and Swift Operator collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Pippa's Pride, which contacted the running rail, and lost considerable ground.
Pippa's Pride was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right fibula, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Dynamite Jackson - the winner of the event.
