Mr. M. Craig, representative of Meteor Panther declared a new weight of 32.4 kg's for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Meteor Panther last raced at 31.2 kg's.

Stewards spoke to Mr. F. Malloy, the trainer of Cosmic Object regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Cosmic Object last raced on 19th of October, 2015. Mr. Malloy stated that Cosmic Object is returning to racing after sustaining an injury to it's left hock.

Gypsy Wendy and Lucky Andy collided soon after the start. Magic Karma crossed to the inside soon after the start, checking Gypsy Wendy and Dr Tillyme. Dr Tillyme and Gypsy Wendy collided on the first turn. Dr Tillyme checked off Magic Karma on the first turn, checking Gypsy Wendy, Lucky Andy and Cosmic Object. Meteor Panther faltered on the first turn and tailed off as a result. Magic Karma and Spitfire Road collided approaching the home turn, checking Magic Karma, Spitfire Road, Dr Tillyme and Lucky Andy. Supreme Kayo eased approaching the home turn. Supreme Kayo, Gypsy Wendy and Spitfire Road collided on the home turn, checking all three greyhounds. Spitfire Road checked off Magic Karma in the home straight. Magic Karma and Lucky Andy collided approaching the winning post. 

Meteor Panther was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.

Supreme Kayo was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Handler, Ms L.Smith declined to have the greyhound re-vetted. 

Stewards spoke to Ms L.Smith, the handler of the greyhound Supreme Kayo regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Supreme Kayo with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Smith pleaded guilty to the charge, Supreme Kayo was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. A. Ware, the trainer of Azza's Baby regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Azza's Baby last raced on 26th August, 2015. Mr. Ware stated that Azza's Baby is returning to racing after being on season. 

Baby Tenby went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Wadelock Charly and Really Magic were slow to begin. Baby Tenby and Wadelock Charly collided soon after the start. Azza's Baby checked off Arvo's Nico approaching the first turn. Arvo's Nico, Scarlet Genie and Pictures Of Me collided on the first turn, checking Arvo's Nico, Azza's Baby, Scarlet Genie, Mates Blue, Baby Tenby, Really Magic and Wadelock Charly. Scarlet Genie and Mates Blue collided approaching the home turn. Wadelock Charly clipped the heels of Baby Tenby on the home turn and stumbled as a result. Really Magic, Scarlet Genie and Mates Blue collided on the home turn, checking all three greyhounds. Mates Blue and Really Magic collided entering the home straight, checking both greyhounds.

Mystery Ghost was slow to begin. Emilia Cash, All About Arby, Sultan's Boy and Arvo's Steva collided soon after the start, checking All About Arby and Arvo's Steva. Mystery Ghost and Sultan's Boy collided approaching the first turn, checking Gats Pacino. Arvo's Steva checked off Mystery Ghost approaching the first turn. Gats Pacino and Emilia Cash collided on the home turn. Sultan's Boy and Dr Carlos collided entering the home straight.

Marvelous Miss was slow to begin. Dr Double Malt, Mr Banks and Veetee Mist collided soon after the start, checking Dr Double Malt. Veetee Mist galloped on the heels of Acey Boy on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Just One Break tailed off on the first turn and took no competitive part in the event.

Just One Break was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left back muscle injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr K.Kubik, the trainer of the greyhound Just One Break. Stewards deemed the performance of Just One Break unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Just One Break must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Moles, the trainer of Aston Dior regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Aston Dior last raced on 13th of October, 2015. Mr. Moles stated that Aston Dior is returning to racing after being on season.

Big Will, Saint De Vino and Son Of Nikita were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Big Will and Saint De Vino collided approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Son Of Nikita checked off Aston Dior approaching the home turn. Aston Dior raced wide on the home turn.

Saint De Vino was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Uncle Barney and Happy Colour were slow to begin. He's Worthy checked off Tree Climber Liv soon after the start. Dance A Tron checked off Stretch Limo approaching the first turn. He's Worthy checked off Tree Climber Liv on the first turn and again approaching the home turn, checking Happy Colour. Reatily Shintaro checked off He's Worthy approaching the home turn. 

Lucky Seed was a late scratching at 11:23am on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Dr Compulsion was slow to begin. Delalicious and Night Fox collided soon after the start. To Infinity and Barroom Shiraz collided soon after the start. Barroom Shiraz, Dr Compulsion and Delalicious collided approaching the first turn, checking all three greyhounds. Kemosabe was slow to begin. Yorgi crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Alotta Memories, Dr Lachie and Elswyk Max. Yorgi and Dr Lachie collided approaching the first turn, checking Dr Lachie. Elswyk and Lunar Chief collided on the home turn, checking Lunar Chief. Kemosabe raced wide on the home turn. Dr Lachie and Whittle Mikado raced wide in the home straight.

Mr. G. Girvasi, representative of Oppi Bale declared a new weight of 29.5 kg's for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Oppi Bale last raced at 27.9 kg's.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Girvasi, the representative of Oppi Bale regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Oppi Bale last raced on 16th of September, 2015. Mr. Girvasi stated that Oppi Bale is returning to racing after changing kennels.

A pre race sample was taken from Asa Rock Solid. 

Challis Jack and Asa Rock Solid were slow to begin. Challis Jack and Arvo's Texan collided soon after the start. Quincey Mc Goo and Oppi Bale collided approaching the first turn. Challis Jack and Asa Rock Solid collided approaching the first turn. Oppi Bale and Quincey Mc Goo collided on the first turn, severely checking Quincey Mc Goo which lost considerable ground as a result. Rerod Magic and Asa Rock Solid collided on the home turn, checking Quincey Mc Goo. Rerod Magic and Ashtastic collided entering the home straight. 

Following Race Nine a severe storm passed over the Warragul track. Subsequently, all races went back one, with Race Twelve resheduled for 3.53PM. At approximately 2.58PM, Stewards along with the Track Manager walked to the track to assess if it was safe to continue. Upon inspection, Stewards were satisfied the track was safe to race. 

The start of this race was rescheduled from 2.52PM to 3.12PM due the inclement weather.

Barroom Brawler and Vienna Pink were quick to begin. Aleatoric and Barney Boloney collided soon after the start. Hurricane Aussie, Wadelock Arky and Odessa Boy collided soon after the start, checking Wadelock Arky and Odessa Boy. Hurricane Aussie, Aleatoric and Barney Boloney collided on the first turn, checking Aleatoric, Barney Boloney, Wadelock Arky and Wadelock Arky raced wide as a result. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Brown, the trainer of Ava's Shadow regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Ava's Shadow last raced on 28th of October, 2015. Mr. Brown stated that Ava's Shadow is returning to racing after a spell. 

The start of this race was rescheduled from 3.12PM to 3.27PM due the inclement weather.

Plexida was slow to begin. Karshan and My Dolly Molly collided soon after the start, checking My Dolly Molly. Karshan checked off Surf's Magic approaching the first turn. Anejo and Surf's Magic collided approaching the home turn, checking Anejo.

Comanche Squaw was a late scratching at 8:57am due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

The start of this race was rescheduled from 3.27PM to 3.53PM due the inclement weather.

Hurricane Craig was slow to begin. Hurricane Craig and Wadelock Coco collided approaching the first turn, checking Hurricane Craig. Summer Kate checked off Jack Snapper approaching the home turn. Wadelock Coco and Hurricane Craig raced wide approaching the home turn, on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Satisfactory Trial Results – Stagger Express trialled over the 400m from box 1, weight 33.3kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 22.79, the greyhound won by a margin of 15.25 lengths. Stagger Express was cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results – Cheap Object trialled over the 400m from box 4, weight 30.1kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 22.79, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 22 lengths. Cheap Object was cleared.
