Stewards spoke to Mr C. Darmanin, the trainer of Not Broken regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Not Broken last raced on 26 August 2015. Mr. Darmanin stated that the greyhound has been recovering from a left fibula injury.
Bush Courage and Tankster were quick to begin. Remote Control and Next Grange collided soon after the start. Impact Bale and Next Grange collided approaching the first turn, checking Impact Bale. Not Broken, Bush Courage and Tankster collided on the first turn. Bush Courage checked off Tankster on the home turn. Not Broken checked off Bush Courage on the home turn.
