Boof's Banjo and Bellario collided approaching the home turn checking Bellario and Definitely Yes. Droppin' Plates and Bellario collided on the home turn. Was A Banker and Droppin' Plates collided approaching the winning post.

Boof's Banjo was vetted and re-vetted following race 3. It was reported that the greyhound sustained sprains to both hocks a an injury to the left monkey muscle. A stand down period of 14 days was imposed.

Eden's Belle was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left pencil muscle injury and a left deltoid muscle injury. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Wait There and Zambora Cash were slow to begin. Storm The Sorrow crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Chrissy Pee, Midnight Caviar and Bundy Princess. My Lilly checked off Striker Shearer approaching the first turn. Wait There, My Lilly and Storm The Sorrow collided on the first turn checking Midnight Caviar, Bundy Princess and Storm The Sorrow and severely checking My Lilly. My Lilly and Chrissy Pee collided on the home turn. My Lilly and Bundy Princess collided in the home straight.

My Lilly was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained bruising and spike wounds to the right tibia. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.

No Shadow Kick was quick to begin. Corleone King was slow to begin. No Shadow Kick, Eat My Shorts and Queen Yuna collided on the first turn checking Queen Yuna and Heracles and severely checking Eat My Shorts. No Shadow Kick raced wide on the home turn. Queen Yuna eased in the home straight. Sisco Mama raced wide in the home straight. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Rigg, the handler of the greyhound Queen Yuna regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Queen Yuna was vetted and re-vetted following race 6. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle and left back muscle. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Queen Yuna with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Rigg pleaded guilty to the charge, Queen Yuna was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mac's Intention, Ok Jake and Combustion were slow to begin. Ok Jake and Combustion collided soon after the start. Combustion crossed to the rail on the first turn and collided with Mac's Intention. Mac's Intention checked off Combustion on the first turn severely checking Burrawonga Kevan. Mac's Intention pulled up as a result. Ok Jake checked off Misty Sannette entering the back straight. Joyce's Choice, Misty Sannette and Ok Jake collided on the second turn checking Joyce's Choice, Misty Sannette and Combustion. Misty Sannette and Combustion collided approaching the home turn.

Burrawonga Kevan was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right chest muscle and right quadraceps. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.

Mac's Intention was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right bicep and right chest. A stand down period of 28 days was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Birthisel, the trainer of the greyhound Burrawonga Kevan.  Stewards deemed the performance of Burrawonga Kevan unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Burrawonga Kevan must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Allen Jeer and Banjo Barbie were slow to begin. Banjo Barbie raced wide approaching the first turn. Frac Geek, Pretty Boy Grigg and Chelsea Drogba collided on the first turn checking Frac Geek, Pretty Boy Grigg and Allen Jeer. Pretty Boy Grigg, Allen Jeer and Banjo Barbie collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds.

Shellington and Trov's Gem collided soon after the start. Meteor Thunder and Another Blue collided approaching the first turn checking Another Blue. Trov's Gem, Sugar Hit Heidi, Red Light Runner and Shellington collided on the first turn checking Red Light Runner. Shellington and Red Light Runner collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Zahra Bella and Meteor Thunder collided entering the home straight.

Shellington was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the right forearm. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.

Mepunga Fame was quick to begin. Rickety Gate, Militant Man, Jack's Pick, Jackdell and Six Green Thumbs collided approaching the first turn checking Rickety Gate, Jack's Pick and Jackdell. Militant Man galloped on Six Green Thumbs on the first turn. Militant Man fell as a result. Shout Out Loud checked off Jack's Pick on the second turn checking Jackdell.

Stewards opened and adjourned an enquiry into the circumstances surrounding the greyhound Militant Man leaving the course without being vetted.

She's A Collinda and Utopia were quick to begin. Moonlit Eyes and Mick's Angel were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. She's A Collinda, Total Magic and Mepunga Laser collided on the first turn checking Mepunga Laser. Moonlit Eyes raced wide in the back straight. Three Scoops and Moonlit Eyes raced wide in the home straight.

She's A Collinda was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards opened and adjourned an inquiry to obtain further evidence regarding the greyhound Paula's Delight failing to have a catcher.

Mr G.Shingles trainer of Ziggy Punter declared a new weight of 34.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Ziggy Punter last raced at 33.7kg.
