Steward's Report
Kadalex Kid, Lakeview Isla and Data Star were quick to begin. Rapanui Rebel and Spyfection were slow to begin. Skyrim and Kadalex Kid collided approaching the first turn. Black Market and Lakeview Isla collided on the first turn checking Lakeview Isla, Rapanui Rebel and Spyfection. Black Market veered out and marred Kadalex Kid on the home turn checking Kadalex Kid.
Black Market was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in the right triangle muscle and right side of neck, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Martinovic, the representative of the greyhound Black Market regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Black Market with marring. Mr. Martinovic pleaded guilty to the charge. Black Market was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
